2019 IEEE International Conference on Big Data and Smart Computing is to provide an international forum for exchanging ideas and information on current studies, challenges, research results, system developments, and practical experiences in these emerging fields. Running annually since 2014, it currently attracts many participants, including the best talent in industry and academia. The conference will foster collaboration and bridge the academic- commercial gap in the database, artificial intelligence, network and big data communities.
We seek proposals for half-day or full-day tutorials of lecture style short courses covering the state-of-the-art research, cutting-edge industry development and applications, and practical tools in within the field of big data and smart computing. Each tutorial could be either half-day or full-day in length.
A tutorial proposal should consist of the following sections:
Proposals should be submitted by email to the tutorial chairs Guozhu Dong (guozhu.dong@wright.edu), Ee-Peng Lim (eplim@smu.edu.sg) and Alexander Löser (aloeser@beuth-hochschule.de) .
