This page provides the guidelines for final paper submission in MAIN CONFERENCE ONLY.
Final versions of accepted papers must be uploaded according to the following instruction for inclusion in the conference proceedings and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore. The deadline is December 21st, 2018.
Each paper should follow the IEEE format (US Letter size). Microsoft

REGULAR papers are limited up to 8 pages whereas SHORT papers are
up to 4 pages.

The deadline is December 21st, 2018.
Please be noticed that different deadline is shown on the above website, but it is for workshop papers.
Papers will be published in the conference proceedings only if at least one author makes a Regular registration and the paper is presented at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented.
