Please bring and use your own laptop for your presentation,
with an appropriate display adapter.
Projector
Both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios can be used for your presentation. We strongly encourage you to check whether your slides are displayed correctly before your session.
Internet Connection
Although you will be able to connect the internet at the conference,
please have a backup plan (e.g. movie) in case that the internet connection is unavailable due to heavy network traffic.
Power Supply
Presenters can charge their laptop during their presentation.
The power plugs and sockets are of type A. The voltage is 100 V and the frequency is 60 Hz.
Please bring an appropriate power plug adapter for your laptop.
Regular/Short Paper Sessions

Only VGA is available at both of the regular/short paper session rooms.
Presentation Time
The oral presentation is accurately timed, so make sure you finish in time.
Regular paper: 30 min (incl. 5 min Q&A)
Short paper: 15 min (incl. 3 min Q&A)
Workshops
Projector
Both VGA and HDMI are available at all the workshop rooms.
Presentation Time
Depends on each workshop program. Please make sure of your presentation time at the workshop website.
